    Here's a delicious and healthy snack recipe: Poha cutlet filled with the goodness of millets and greens. Poha, aka, flattened or beaten rice can be used to make crispy cutlets in less than 20min. Since poha does not need much soaking, and is ready to use, this cutlet makes a quick and easy snack. In this recipe, I have used millet poha, more specifically made of Jowar.     Katori Chaat / Tokri Chaat | Air Fried & Deep Fried

    Katori chaat is one of my favorite chaats. Whenever, we do not have papdi or puri at home and we crave for chaats, this is my go to recipe. Generally this is deep fried. Now, with air-fryer at hand, I tried making the katori in it, and they turned out great! Crispy and done with just a few drops of oil! They can also hold the moisture really well.
