Here's a delicious and healthy snack recipe: Poha cutlet filled with the goodness of millets and greens. Poha, aka, flattened or beaten rice can be used to make crispy cutlets in less than 20min. Since poha does not need much soaking, and is ready to use, this cutlet makes a quick and easy snack. In this recipe, I have used millet poha, more specifically made of Jowar.
