Here is a nice and easy recipe to make Green chutney for Cutlets/Kebabs/Kathi rolls. This chutney is made from fresh mint and coriander/cilantro.

1 cup Coriander leaves/Cilantro
½ cup Mint leaves
2 green chili
1 tsp freshly roasted Cumin/Jeera powder
½ tsp salt (regular or pink salt)
½ tsp chaat masala(optional)
2 tbsp lemon juice
¼ cup of water
2 tbsp nicely whipped curd
To a blender, add the coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chili, jeera powder, chaat masala, salt (regular or pink salt).
Add ¼ cup water.
Blend it into a fine paste.
Transfer to a bowl. Squeeze in the juice of half a lemon or 2 tbsp lemon juice or as per taste.
Add 2 tbsp nicely whipped curd.
Green chutney/dip/sauce for cutlets/kebabs/Kathi rolls is ready.
